Australia's auction prediction game

Guess what your neighbour's house will go for. We'll keep score.

A weekly game across the auctions you're already watching. Closest guess wins points, your accuracy builds a track record that follows you, and the top of your suburb takes the leaderboard.

How it works

312 auctions clearing this Saturday across Australia · 4,128 Aussies playing right now*

*Simulated launch preview. The app drops soon — these numbers are what an average Saturday looks like once it's live.

How REGA works

Three steps, every Saturday.

  1. 1

    See the auctions near you.

Browse upcoming auctions in your suburb, your friends' suburbs, or anywhere in Australia.

  2. 2

    Lock in your guess.

One number, before the hammer falls. Tap, type, done. We send you a notification when the result is in.

  3. 3

    Watch your accuracy climb.

Score against the actual price. Climb your suburb's leaderboard. Take your mates down a peg. Build a track record that follows you.

Why people play

You're already watching.

Saturday auctions are practically a national sport. Domain open in one tab, the property pages in another, the group chat about what 14 Marshall Street "should" go for. REGA turns all of that into a game with a score.

Pick a property. Drop your number. Saturday afternoon you find out — to the dollar — how close you were. Climb your suburb's board. Take your mates down a peg. Build a track record that follows you.

Free. No skin in the game. Just "did I read the room right?"

For vendors & agents

Know what the market really thinks. Before the hammer falls.

Pay once per property. Watch the crowd's accuracy-weighted estimate move in the days leading up to your auction, then settle alongside the actual sale price.

Frequently asked

Quick answers.

Is REGA free to play?

Yes. Players never pay anything. Sign up, see the auctions near you, lock in your guesses. Earnings on the leaderboard are points and bragging rights, not cash.

How does scoring work?

After each auction settles, your guess is scored against the actual sale price. The closer you are, the more points. Past accuracy weights your future guesses — good guessers count more in the crowd estimate, less accurate guessers count less.

Are guesses anonymous?

Yes. We aggregate. We never sell or expose individual guesses tied to identity. Vendors and agents see the crowd estimate, not who guessed what.
