1. About REGA

REGA ("we", "us", "our") is a free-to-play game and data product operating in Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. What we collect

From visitors to this marketing site, we collect:

• Email address and the suburb you watch, when you sign up to be notified.
• Name, email, property address, auction date, and role (vendor/agent/other), if you submit the request-access form on the vendors page.
• Standard web analytics signals — pages visited, referring domain, device type, country — only after you accept the cookie banner.

When the REGA app launches, additional information will be collected (player guesses, suburb you play in, app behaviour). That collection will be governed by an updated privacy policy at the time.

3. Why we collect it

To contact you when REGA opens, to respond to vendor enquiries, to understand how this site is used, and to improve it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to deliver the site:

• AWS (Amazon Web Services) — hosting, email forwarding, infrastructure.
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 — analytics.
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmap and session-replay analytics.

These providers act as our processors. They may transfer data outside Australia (United States and Europe). They are bound by their own privacy commitments and our contractual terms.

5. Cookies and tracking

The site uses a cookie banner. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set. If you reject, no analytics fire. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the rega_consent entry in your browser's local storage and reloading.

6. How we store and protect it

Data is stored in AWS infrastructure in Australian or U.S. regions. We use industry-standard transport encryption (TLS) and access controls. Form submissions are emailed to info@playrega.com and retained for as long as needed to respond.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@playrega.com.

8. Complaints

If you believe we've mishandled your personal information, you can complain to us at the address above. If we don't resolve it to your satisfaction, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner — oaic.gov.au.

9. About REGA's estimates

REGA estimates are crowd-sourced game predictions. They are not valuations, appraisals, or financial advice. They must not be used as the basis for any financial decision.
